Congoleum Launches Next Generation of its Popular Room Visualizer System, RoomVision
Mercerville, NJ - September 1st, 2011 - Congoleum Corporation, a leading provider of sheet and tile flooring products to the residential and commercial sectors, has launched its next generation room visualization solution for its website. Named RoomVision, the visualization solution was originally implemented in 2001 and has been met with tens of thousands of rave reviews from site visitors, both consumer and dealer.
Chameleon Power, the leading provider of visualization solutions to the building and decorating industries, provides this dynamic tool to the Congoleum website. RoomVision is a photographic rendering system that allows the site visitor to select a room scene of choice, or load their own, and then see the final outcome before purchasing the product, narrowing the decision cycle.
New features added to the new RoomVision include a consumer upload tool (ImageMapper) that allows site visitors to load their own room scene photographs for decorating with Congoleum flooring products. In addition, the new RoomVision has larger room scenes, and uses the much faster next generation Chameleon Power rendering engine, providing dramatically improved response times.
Flooring manufacturers have dabbled with similar solutions over the past few years however Congoleum was the first manufacturer to launch a true dynamic, photographic visualizer back in 2001.
