Dan Dempsey - President and CEO
Dan Dempsey is a founder and President/CEO of Chameleon Power. Mr. Dempsey directly manages customer relationships and prospecting while overseeing project management, software development and product planning.
Prior to founding Chameleon Power, Mr. Dempsey founded Marketlink Technologies Group, a national high-tech marketing company that successfully launched and expanded many well-known companies including RIM (Blackberry), Netscreen (Juniper), SNAP (Quantum), Handspring (Palm), Phobos (SonicWall), Barracuda Networks and many others.
Prior to starting his own business, Mr. Dempsey worked in the private and public accounting fields, acting as general accounting manager for a Fortune 500 company and as a Tax Partner in a regional public accounting firm.
Mr. Dempsey attended the University of Michigan and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting. He earned a Masters in Taxation from Walsh College.
Mr. Dempsey resides in Novi, Michigan with his wife and three daughters.
Tim Hardy - Vice President of I.T. Services
Tim Hardy has been with Chameleon Power since inception. As Vice President of I.T. Services, he oversees all internal technology and data center responsibilities. Mr. Hardy also ensures our users and clients enjoy 24/7 support and availability of internal and external systems.
Mr. Hardy has extensive experience in the IT field, providing support and services to many major technology providers including nine years with Apple Computer and several years with Burroughs/Unisys.
Bill Westrick - Vice President of R & D
As a founding member of Chameleon Power, Bill Westrick brings more than 20 years of experience in visualization, color science, image processing, software development and spatial databases skills as he rejoined the Chameleon Team. Over the past 20 years he has spearheaded new technologies in software and color technology for image processing and has created a new generation of visualization technologies.
Most recently as Director of Research and Development for ZOOM Information Systems, he was responsible for designing the core technologies behind the ARTIIS (Advanced Real-time Transportation Information Infrastructure System). For ARTIIS he has designed the Universal Data Core (UDC) that is responsible for real-time data collection and distribution over distributed networks.
Mr. Westrick invented several new processes and techniques including algorithms for the creation of dynamic Internet images, new server-side dynamic content caching systems, database-driven distributed processing techniques, and accurate color management for the Web and mobile tablet and smartphone apps.
Wyatt Eurich - Director of Software Development
Wyatt Eurich has been with Chameleon Power since 2010. Mr. Eurich began his career 30 years ago in the computer electronics field, building and repairing computer circuitry for Michigan school systems.
Mr. Eurich has worked as a Systems Analyst in many industries such as printing, security, telecommunications, automotive and customer service. He has created numerous web applications and services for General Motors, The Home Depot, Pfizer Inc, and Multi Packaging Solutions.
In 2011 he developed a system providing QR codes the ability to be time sensitive and to be used in targeted marketing campaigns. This system is utilized by the Grower industry and you may have seen it on The Home Depot plant tags.
For ten years, Mr. Eurich worked as a volunteer providing purchasing management oversight for a non-profit construction organization.
Karen Savage - Director of Marketing
Karen Savage has been with Chameleon Power since 2008. In her role as Director of Marketing, Ms. Savage manages a team of graphic designers and is responsible for all web and graphic design within the company.
Ms. Savage has over fifteen years of experience in the photography and design fields and has a Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
